Try their ceviche (the tuna watermelon ceviche is to DIE for), and if you want to learn how to prepare Ceviche like the masters, get the ceviche book by the chef - Douglas Rodriguez

Good food, great atmosphere. The snapper ceviche is the best part of the meal. As for appetizers: both the Pulpo and the Bistec were absolutely great. The ox tail is really mediocre. Bon appetite

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. It's a little pricey, but worth it. Best food we had on South Beach. The Chef is touted for having a passion for his craft and it shows.

    D. Rodriguez Cuba offers an inspired menu of authentic Cuban cuisine, handcrafted desserts, and traditional style Cuban libations, in an old‐meets‐new‐world setting.

Unbelievable atmosphere and food is artful and delicious. I suggest you make it there when a LIVE band is playing; these guys are amazing! Top notch!

A must on Thursday nights when @gopalo provides musical entertainment. Try the roast pork & malanga tacos.

Ask for Jem at the bar. Easily one of the best bartenders on the beach!
