Been here 5+ times
Only open 5 days per year to the public. If you join as a member (£14pa), however, you can book a visit on most Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Volunteer and get unlimited access.

After his plan backfires Lord Blackwood retreats from the Houses of Parliament down a spiral staircase, the stairs in the centre of the Crossness Pumping Station in Sherlock Holmes (2009).
