If you are eating with one other person, I strongly suggest you buy a full chicken between you. It is more than enough for 2 people and comes in a bucket so you can easily share jt.
If you liked jo burgers or/and skinflint, you will like this place too! They do the best chicken wings. Try their homemade lemonades too :-)It's quite cheap, with nice portions, so treat yourself!
Chicken, I love the buttermilk chicken, or the Chilli Crunchers. The sweet potato noodles are good as are the baked potatoes. And the sauces. It can be a bit loud but the service is excellent.
Fried chicken is my weakness. This place was recommended by friends who had visited Dublin, and it did NOT disappoint! Really good deal for the money too!
Both the soy garlic and the buttermilk chicken were to die for. Loved the burnt lemon and whipped feta sauce. Potato salad was phenomenal as well as the sweet potato noodles with chili oil and peanuts
Amazing chicken. Staff used to be a bit snobbish but that's no longer the case. Go for the soy&garlic buttermilk chicken, chilli crunches, and most definitely the carrot and cranberry salad.
Stupid seating/split bill policy and early evening music and the wrong side of loud and obnoxious but the soy garlic chicken is fantastic. Great lunch options at very reasonable prices for city centre
Very helpful and nice side dishes. I think you have to get the full chicken if you are going here for your full dinner. Man does but live in chicken wings alone.
If you like chicken: seek no further. Crackbird is your one-stop-shop. If you can finish a whole grilled chicken there: you're a beast. Don't miss out on the honey-thyme sauce!
They're doing great things here. visiting from america and their fried chicken is on of the best i have had... Soy ginger chicken and potato salad- YUM!
The name pretty much sums up why their chicken is so good. The only possible reason their chicken can be so scrumdiddlyumptious is they cook crack into their birds.
The soy garlic chicken is good...really good? Not sure about that...but it's very expensive and you get no dips at all. Better places in Dublin like Wishbone and Elephant and Castle. So avoid!
Only at this spot until the 22nd - best buttermilk fried chicken I've had outside the South. Check it out if u can. Warning - the habanero sauce is fire!!!
normally love Crackbird but Expect a lecture if you criticise the food for the record the croquettes were gorgeous but the vhicken crunch spent a little while too long in the Fryer..
