Watching the siphon brewing here is already worth the trip. Have many choices of coffee beans so don't afraid to ask your barista. Order cake with your coffee for a discount.

Panama Perci Red N2 Gesha. Acidities spreaded out beautifully, followed by rich sweetness of tangerine, and nicely combined with the aftermath. Fragrance of grape vine was persistent yet unsurprising.

20 minutes wait for an under extracted espresso followed by another ten minutes for another poorly made macchiato. Much better coffee for a quarter of the price nearby.
