Jérôme Cobou looks after front of house, while Philippe Bélissent does the cooking: white-tableclothed environment, where, after sumptuous appetizers, diners enjoy escabeche of mackerel.
Excellente adresse gastronomique étoilée. Carte courte mais intéressante avec un principe de menu découverte à 4, 6 ou 8 plats. Remarquable travail sur les jus et les sauces.
