Best International Meal & Best Place to Splurge: Cho Sun--If you think you can’t find international food in Bethel, you haven’t driven down Main Street or spent much time in South Ridge Lodge.

Her son, Scott, makes a superb bibimbap; the menu also includes sushi. A small bar is behind the simply furnished dining room. [Eater 18 Member]

Go on a Sunday, the sushi is discounted! Some of the best sushi I've ever had, very fresh, very simple, yet delicious flavors.

Spicy Tempura Tuna Roll is perfect if you're not a fan of sushi. If you love sushi, it's still delicious. But, I never go without ordering their Spicy Tuna Roll

Eric Patey eats bibimbop with a spoon. Instead, eat it the proper way with chopsticks.
