Recently, the A&E closed down here. Nearest A&E now is St Marys in Paddington or Chelsea and Westminster. Hospital mainly caters for elected procedures, minor injury & GP Walk In Clinic

5 south has the best nurses. It's always good to work around people with positive ideas and willing to teach you what they know.

Queues are usually shorter in the Costa on the first floor (just up the escalators and to the right) than on the ground floor.

Shawn and Teresa are oncology nurses and they are some wonderful people.

If you get here at 8am on a Sunday there is no queue! Time your accidents carefully.

The entrance to A&E is on St Dunstans road at the side of the hospital. Good to know if you have a proper emergency!

Lifts at the back of the south wing meets the lab block are less crowded.

Not all waiting room chairs were built equal... get here early to get the big throne-like ones and avoid the lowly jester's seats

Waiting time isnt as bad as they say... plus you can always ask how many people there are before you!

The oncology ward nurses are really nice!! And this hospital has so many floors!! Whoaaaaaaa...!!!!

Service here is lousy for the better word. Totally disorganised, managed to overbook every booking 3 times and don't tell ppl til the day, says 1 hr late but over 2!

I need to have lot of patience in here. 30 people before me.

Try not to be stuck in a ward with noisy patients!

Try the Reynolds bar for cheap booze and fun times!
