Best Noe cafe. Good food (and cheap - $2.50 pot of tea), free wifi, plenty of outlets, relaxing music, good sun, nice staff. XO :-)

Cafe Xpensive is more like it! Nice atmosphere but quality is only OK and prices are very steep.
