11 miles north of Big Sur Village. Iconic bridge built in 1933. One of the most photographed in the world because of its location within such beautiful scenery.

One of the most beautiful sights of the world. Take the dirt road , coast road just north of bixby bridge for that perfect shot of the bridge.

The view of the bridge & the surrounding area were awesome! The driving to the bridge was also pleasant with many scenic beaches. It was very crowded with tourists though.

While the bridge is a work to be admired, the views of the ocean and Big Sur are amazing. Definitely worth a stop.

Be careful pulling off the highway. Views are amazing and bridge can be seen from front and back if you cross the road. Popular pull out so parking may fill up.

Approaching from the north, there is a dirt side road off to the left just before you reach the bridge. Drive up it a short way for a nice view of the bridge.

Park and climb down on the side road for gorgeous views of the bridge and the ocean below
