Fab restaurant with good vibe among staff and diners. Waited about 40min at the bar drinking delicious shandies before seated to enjoy a delicious no fuss meal - have the fried chicken and roast beef!
Definitely recommend - shandies were great and food wise the chicken wings and bavette were delicious. Only downside is the stalls are pretty uncomfortable
Shandys are basically very sweet cocktails. Food solid, but wide range let down by no standouts: "crispy" chicken wings less than crisp, smoky popcorn ice cream is novelty for its own sake.
Food was okay. Suckling pug and a funny taste and the sausage roll was overcooked. Best items were the broccoli and the cauliflower. Delicious Shandy too.
Cute place, although the bar tender kept trying to dissuade us from ordering the shakes off the menu because he said it took him too long... Not something I've heard before!
After the success of Dabbous, Barnyard fails to hit the mark. 1.5 hour wait adds insult to injury as this place serves up plain, tasteless soul food. Fried chicken was good. Everything else was bad.
Avoid. Perhaps Pitt Cue raised the bar too high, but this concept did not deliver in any way shape or form. Small menu yet nothing shone - def do not order a shake.
