Gets loud when crowded because it's tiny. Great wine selection, knowledgeable bartender, nice neighborhood spot.

Great place, and they seem to really know their stuff in regards to wine. But, this place is very, very small. I don't think it can fit more than 15 people comfortably.

Best wine bar in SF. Formerly a Sake Bar -- now includes some of the best, small vintage wines you can order by the glass. Only nine or so seats, very intimate and chill.

Go to Bacchus on a Wednesday-Saturday. Talk with Bodhi, the bartender. Ask for the best music and best wine. Check out the flowers and the art. Tell him Danman sent you. Read more
