You can't go wrong with the vegetablekorma, chicken butter, or chicken tikka Marsala. Amazing food, wonderful people. You've got to try it. (And garlic nan!)
Unfortunately, they've calmed the flavors, likely to suit the market. Understandable. If you've never had Indian, go for their masala or biryani. If you have, go somewhere else.
If you want to venture into Indian Cuisine then try something different at the buffet every time you go in. My favorites are the chicken korma and chicken butter.
Being an Indian, I was really disappointed for the amount of extra oil they put in their food. I never tasted such an awful food. It seemed as if pre cooked food was heated and served.
