    旨みがしっかりでていて旨い。麺は少し柔らかい気がした。もう少し固くてもいいかな。夜の部には濃厚Verがある。

    高田馬場のあっさりラーメン。最近こってりも始めたようですので、そちらも是非。調味料を自分好みに入れて楽しめます。

    券売機が壊れているということで現金対応だったけど、おそらく看板の白湯麺の全部のせ。加えて壷焼きチャーシュー丼。
