CherylAugust 14, 2014A little hard to find on foot. Google/apple maps not helpful. Really nice property. Loved the views from rooms/lounge. Good appetizer/breakfast foods at lounge. Very helpful staff. Would return again.

Located in the quiet Ebisu area. Metro station is just a few minutes away. Service is excellent. Hotel decor needs an update. Rooms feel tired.

In Ebisu Neighbourhood which has many amazing restaurants. Corner deluxe room is very spacious. A bit of walk to train station though but overall recommended.

MDecember 22, 2014クリスマスシーズンが大好きだけど客質が落ちて残念。誰でも入れるレベルに下げてほしくなかったです。海外のお客さんも前より減った気がする。バーでも女子会もどきなことしてるお客さんがいてなんか不快だった。やわらかくて温かみのあるあの雰囲気はどこへ？(マンダリンやハイアットが出来てからしょうがない部分もあるけど…)Upvote5Downvote1Upvoted Feb 2
