The Bingo parties can be one gargantuan hoot, w/ Shepard's Pie, no less. Usually Allison Hundley runs them for local organizations. It's a great dive with a full spectrum crowd. Nothing fancy.

Great unpretentious bar with fantastic bands passionately playing rockabilly, psychobilly, roots, blues, bluegrass, country, Americana.

If you don't like great dive bars and their denizens, you're in the wrong city (and bar)

Dark, dusty, dingy, and no blender or fresh fruit of any kind behind the bar, but the bartenders are quick, the beer is cold, and it's a colorful crowd.
