Upstream's standard line of beers is probably my favorite in Omaha. The Dundee Scotch Ale is particularly good. Cheap beer and half-priced apps during happy hour.
Smoked Gouda & beer soup, Reuben, sweet potato fries, seasonal brews - not life-changing but they have a rooftop patio and it's a great hangout spot in Old Market.
Can't believe I haven't been here in almost 7 years....but I knew I'd come back....Good beer, good atmosphere, good service....great happy hour on food and $7 pizzas today! #yayme
It's rare to have a bad meal at the Upstream. Try mixing their smoked gouda & pale alesoup with their tomato soup. Also, check out of their speciality beers.
The steaks are better at Rock Bottom but the pints(and everything else) are better at Upstream! The flagship IPA is PERFECT. The red is good for real beer novices.
Breakfast is not good here. The eggs smelled and tasted funny like they were cooked with old oil. But they did apologize and didn't charge me so I'd go back to this place for dinner or drinks!
Upstream Brewing Company in Downtown Omaha's Old Market is well known for its great food, friendly service, and terrific atmosphere. Offering an extensive menu of new American pub fare.
