- Gonzalo AyzaJune 5, 2013the drinks are fine. but come on. just cheese and fruits? get some sandwichs at least Im starving
- No One Here But MeAugust 4, 2011Nice folks let me in because I'm returning from Afghanistan. With Military ID they will admit you, as there is no USO here
- Mike Dal LagoFebruary 3, 2012If you're not here with kids, don't take over the family room with your wife. And don't lie and say that your kids will be here in an hour. I'm waiting.....
- Jose Antonio Tena SendraJune 7, 2016I don't know why United clubs sucks so bad with their lounges, asked for a bloody mary and the flavor was the most artificial one i have ever tasted. The food option sucks! Always the same: hummus.
- John SjölanderAugust 11, 2014Not much in ways of food. However, there are free beer, but you have to ask for it. In comparison a pretty shitty lounge when it comes to options if you ask me.
- Jimmy KastnerSeptember 9, 2014Free food, cushioned chairs, private spots... I could get used to this.
- Bagels and coffee for breakfast is a good choice. No "real" food here
- Tony WhelanNovember 19, 2010Got to the one nearest the higher gates and get the petite blonde lady to do you a bloody Mary. Shitty glass, GREAT Mary
- Tony WhelanNovember 29, 2010Great Bloody Mary from both the petite ladies. The brown haired one does a mean 'spicy water'.
- Showers are good but pale in comparison to the showers of the Pier in HK.
- Chris CranisMarch 2, 2012Being a large empty cup if you want coffee at United Club. The cups are smaller than urine sample cups the Dr. gives you.
- Actually opens at 430 am now, in time for early flights. Nice!
- Christopher BairFebruary 4, 2011Like the ability to grab a shower between the Thu night redeye and the Fri morning connection.
- Anna PfennigerDecember 28, 2012Free breakfast, but definitely not as nice as in other united lounges. (Where's my cappuccino?!?!)
- If you only have half an hour and aren't drinking at the bar, forget it. This place is a Zoo at peak travel times.
- Courtney DuBoisMay 17, 2010You can also get in here with the Priorty Pass. Like others have said, nothing to impressive, but it is a small haven of quiet in the midst of bussling terminal C.
- No more Amex Platinum entry with the United Merger - luckily I have my Presidential card :)
- Peter GregsonAugust 11, 2010cheese and biscuits get old fast. Don't expect to stay amused here for a long layover, but it's comfy!
- Zach HonigJuly 26, 2012Definitely not the best airport lounge, but at least the drinks are still free. Good place to go if you need help changing a flight.
- It is about time that United gets their lounges to a 21st century standard. Weird old furniture and what is even worse, they have no food instead of crackers and cheese wrapped in plastic!
- Since switching from Continental to United, this place is run down, dirty and poorly maintained. Nothing VIP about it. Less food selections, filthy/torn chairs. Totally nasty
- Good luck finding a seat. Best to just get a computer booth and chill...
- Marco BusiNovember 27, 2014Nothing is good here - they only serve crackers and manufactured cheese wrapped in plastic, you have to pay for drinks and it is so busy and noisy that you actually come out more stressed. Just Awful
- Kylie JayOctober 7, 2014Probably the worst club I've ever encountered. No real food, just packet snacks. Come for the chairs, power outlets & wifi. But don't come hungry.
- Mike O'DeaFebruary 20, 2011No printer in biz center. Send yourself a fax to the fax machine. A janky solution that saves the day.
- TV lounge could do with a new screen! Wish people wouldn't come in here to chat on their phones too.
- FedJune 18, 2013Ghetto Club!! What the hell is going on with service and amenities. United needs a lesson or two from other international carriers that offer superior service.
- Jay ByrneMay 3, 2013Overcrowding common, free house wines awful, pay premium choices decent. Terrible facility w/ few charging stations & poor quality snacks. Embarrassing for an international business class club.
- Chris SimmonsSeptember 27, 2014Layover en route to Europe or back to West Coast? Catch a shower here...not much else to write home about.
- WayneMarch 8, 2010Take advantage of continental joining the star alliance and visit the lounge if you have star alliance gold and up status.
