It wasn't bad, really: friendly service and decent food. But $40 for a breakfast, and people waiting in line outside in the cold for 30 minutes... I don't get it.
Selling an 'authentic Aussie experience', including waiting an hour to get seated and then another half hour to get the food. Bad attitude from each person working in that place.
I went for breakfast expecting an Australian quality espresso and customer service, but was underwhelmed on both counts. It's far from the worst experience but I expected more after all the hype
