Much needed outlet close to Toronto. Don't forget to grab a snack from the food trucks (yes, trucks!) outside - they had quite a few variety, from sandwiches to cupcakes.
Great place for shopping and a stroll. Very similar to the Niagara outlets but much closer. Parking can be a nightmare so be prepared to wait on weekends.
The first coffee shop to open will be Second Cup, opening some time in Fall 2013. Before then, you can only get coffee from Subway or Gateway in the Food Court. Gateway also serves espressocoffee.
Very hard to find parking on the weekends. Great deals, especially at Kate Spade! There is nothing to say about food court since there are only few options.

Deals are okay, similar to the ones in Vegas (... but not nearly as good). Shocked they built this place with an open air concept. The architects do realize we have winter here...right?
Not sure why they would not have built it like the Premium Outlets in Buffalo - similar climate to Toronto. Save open air shopping for warmer climates who don't have extreme winters.
The discounts here aren't that amazing, average store selection - I only go here if I have a specific store I want to visit, but the deals aren't comparable to U.S. outlets even with a low dollar
Not impressed with design layout; was there the 1st Friday evening when the rain hit and there was no where to go. It will be interesting in the winter. Stores that I did visit were okay but not wow.
Overall was a good experience minus not finding parking, long line ups to get into the store and long line ups to pay. Wasn't really worth going to. Wait until the hype is over.
The selection was pretty mediocre. I came out with only a small bottle of hand sanitizer. Prices and stores were nit spectacular. Better to go across the border.
