- Lindsey KimJune 14, 2016Great class! Bring your own towels to wipe off all the sweat during your workout. Also bring your own gloves as the ones there kinda stink.
- Ranu RajkarnikarOctober 7, 2016Clean, spacious environment. Everyone gets their own bag and you're guided through an hour of HIIT drills, bag combos and ab exercises. Attention is not super personalized but great workout!
- Great kickboxing class! My arms are already sore 2 hours later 💪🏼👊🏼. Clean bathroom and showers too, equipped with soap and shampoo/conditioner. Can't wait to go back!
- Getting a good sweat and working out. I've been to a few different boxing studios, and while this one isn't as plush as the others, the trainers really push you.
- Amazing work out. Michael is the best instructor! Just make sure to bring your own gloves as the ones provided are a bit smelly
- Super friendly staff, very clean and the boxing classes (especially with Michael and Damond) are a great workout! They keep you sweating and burning between rounds, and help with form on the bags.
- Great addition to the far west side. The classes are challenging but totally worth the workout and learning experience. Try it at least once!
- Cara FriedmanMay 23, 2015Have to buy $10 wraps if it's your first time but you get to keep them and they come in tons of different colors.
- michael is an amazing and encouraging teacher! i have a wonderful/exhausting experience every time i come to his class!
- Alice ChaoJuly 19, 2015Boxing class & kickboxing both good workouts. Joe's class might not be good for beginners though bc he doesn't demonstrate that clearly
- KariMarch 28, 2015Good workout but doesn't focus much on technique or form. Great "just want to hit the shit out of a bag" class!
- A bit overpriced, but the classes can be good for motivation. The floor needs to be cleaned more.
- Be sure to buy your own gloves. All the ones they have smell like ass!!!
