The tasting and tour was fun and our guide was extremely knowledgable. The Gabriel Archer Reserve, Lord Botetourt Red and the Vin Licoreux de Mures - Wine with Blackberry are all worth buying!

Fantastic wines and winery. Do the tasting and tour it’s worth the price because the guide Jack was so informative. Really cool vineyard with tons of space to have events.

Good tasting selection. Go with a friend and each do an opposite tasting so that you can try everything!

The Reserve tasting is pricey, but so worth it. It is worth the splurge. Instead of a group of 20, you may end up with only yourselves or maybe a group of six total. Plus, Library wines. Swoon.

Beautiful grounds. Great tour. Regular wines aren't great. Wine snobs might opt for reserve tasting. On site eats are highly rated.

Hated the wine on the tour but the place was beautiful. Tour guide and the tour itself was great! Awesome experience!

The wine was decent. However, the winery is absolutely beautiful and the lunch at the cafe was fresh and amazing.

Sit in the picnic area. We met the founder sitting there and he was a very nice gentleman. The 04 Governor White is the business

Lock your doors and don't leave windows cracked in parking lot. In the 30 minutes we were inside our car was rifled through and a $200 pair of prescription glasses were stolen. 😕

I will always love this place for its "Virginia Wildlife museum", which I used to camp out in while Mom and Dad tasted.
