Order the Guv'nor and swap the scotch for bourbon for a smoother, equally delicious drink.

Rhe best cocktail spot in the EV. Screw the pretension of PDT or Death & Co. Now, order a Charmaine's Star if you like vodka, Off to the Races if you dig whiskey.

- For drinks, get the whisky sour or The Situation (ignore the name, ha). And make sure to strike up conversation with the guys behind the bar. Everyone is really nice.
As a native Russian, I give you my word that Russian Standard vodka is the best. If you like cucumbers and lime juice, get the Charmaine Star. You're welcome.
Possibly my favorite cocktails in the city. My favorites: John Lee Hooker, Guv'nor, Charmane's Star.
