This ballpark has been home to the San Francisco Giants since it opened in 2000. Barry Bonds passed Babe Ruth on the all-time list when he hit his 715th home run here on May 28th, 2006.
The Ferry Building is very popular, and I recommend it to anyone who is visiting San Francisco. They've got great restaurants (Slanted Door, MarketBar) and a morning farmer's market a few times a week
The pizza here is Neapolitan -- the Italian invention where the toppings are just the accompaniment to the lovingly made dough that bubbles & crisps in a 900-degree wood-fired oven. Read more.
