gavin andersonNovember 14, 2018Coffee order wrong, drinks order wrong, lunch order forgot salad dressing and one persons food. Very poor 5 star, am I expecting a lot? At £14.50 for a sandwich I expect it to turn up!
Derek RobertsonJuly 11, 2014It may be a 5 star hotel, but the food was distinctly average. My £29 fillet steak was very overlooked, and the fried lukewarm. A big disappointment.

Gone downhill recently, 24x7 residents bar actually closes at 2.30am, rubbish
