The Fort has some great views of the Colorado mountains, also some really great game meat... The quail and buffalo runs were really good and it's located really near to Red Rocks Amphitheater
Good food always and a unique experience. Elk, caribou, rocky mountain oysters, rattlesnake, veal, buffalo... It's all here. I don't care for the bone marrow though

The ambience is pretty cool but for a Sat. night, could've been better. Bowl of Kit Carson's wife ($25) was just a big bowl of seriously tasteless broth and turkey. - no. Buff medallions were a hit.
