Rooms are tighter than usual for NYC and a bit awkward in layout, bed comfy, can be a bit noisy. Location very convenient for Madison Square Park / Flat Iron.

Le Colombe coffee & Italian pastries (but no vegan options) in the nice hotel cafe. Good internet. Not many good working electrical outlets in the lobby. Well lit, lots of seating, cool, comfortable

Great location.... It's only 10 min from time square and a 5min walk from empire state building... Disadvantage then walls.

Very nice rooms, free snacks, tea and coffee for breakfast. Elevator is too slow

Bring a book for the elevator. Only one and slowest in Manhattan.
