    "Cool, trendy bar. Decent (average) selection, but little is unique (nothing I can't get off the shelf at a good beer store). Growler filling is primitive (no CO2/N2 purging of containers)."

    "The food innovation is good. Chef needs lessons on proper burger cooking. The ground meat is excellent, but the cooked product is ALWAYS tough. The ground meat is handled too much before applying heat"
