The Black Door is so exclusive most Dubliners would have a hard time finding it. The swanky, split-level cocktail cavern-cum-club-cum-piano bar is hidden behind an unmarked black door on Harcourt. Read more

Great for Neatly Dressed over 28's, open every Thurs Fri & Sats (& Bank Hol Sun) amazing atmosphere, very talented musicians & it's open very late, 5 stars is not enough for The Black Door

Retro live music from an eclectic set of musicians rocks this hip spot. Plenty of bars meant service was speedy. Little disappointing that bouncers artificially create queue by delaying entries.

The cocktail was tasteless and they said it was Ok when I complained. So just posted it into their ice bucket and left. Shite for 10 euro.
