As for lunch, the starters of beet salad and duck pate was perfect: beets were sweet, vinaigrette had the balanced acid/salty taste and arugula was fresh, green and tasty; duck pate with burnt bread?
Expensive but the food and service were sublime. You very much get what you pay for. The front desk was extremely gracious and printed some documents for me too. Highly recommend the Niçoise salad.
