Much better than when it was Thai Suan Thip. Thai Iced Tea was very refreshing and the entrees were both reasonably priced and well portioned.

Be careful with the level of spiciness, a 4 might get confused with a 9 in the kitchen!

Pad Thai was good. Waited forever to order. Hour after arrival got food. 1 other customer table in restaurant. Samosa portion left something to be desired. Price was reasonable. Ill give it another go
