    Vegan and vegetarian options. About 3 dishes are vegan, and the puri (whole wheat naan) is vegan. Good service :).

    A nice touch is that they bring naan and fresh jasmine rice to the table w the buffet.

    If they are busy/ it us a holiday weekend they cut their menu in half bc the good stuff "takes too long"
