- Dormingo L.September 26, 2017Saw a play, in Spanish, called Otelo, great performance in a small venue. Shakespeare reinterpreted using two actors and puppets. Amazing how our minds forgo the trickery and keep track of the plot
- Athena BountiJanuary 28, 2016It feels there is always something intriguing and new to watch at the Playhouse. Powerful plays that inspire conversations. The atmosphere at the cafe is also great.
- Nicola StewartDecember 21, 2014One of the best small theatres in London. Get here early for a drink/snacks in the lovely bar. They have amazing ice cream at the interval.
- Tom WoolvertonDecember 5, 2017Great space. Basic, but friendly. Pick a good play and you’ve a great evening ahead of you.
- If you walk down from London bridge you can pop into a range of snack shops!
- New venue is light and airy with large bar area - lots of sofa's and mismatched chairs and tables. Nice relaxed vibe

- Cyndie Da RochaApril 9, 2016Do not forget to have a drink before/after, the bar looks like a tea room !
