Totally outstanding place. Ingredients can't be more fresh indeed. Everything you order will blow you away. My suggestions: sit at the bar and order a Red Dragon or a Rainbow Roll. AMAZING.
I see why it's the best sushi in Denver. Try the Happy Platter for happy hour. The Eel and Halibut melt in your mouth. Also the Toro here is delicious!!!
The jalapeñohamachi was incredible! We also loved the gyoza and the spicy pork ramen. The sushi is so fresh and light--you'd never know you're in Denver!!!
Focus on the straightforward sushi tasting, but there's also a nice variety of cooked dishes — tempura, soba and udon, eggplant and miso — that don't break any boundaries but consistently hit the spot
A Denver institution and an absolute must go for visitors. We can honestly say you can not go wrong with anything on the menu - best sushi in town and great atmosphere.
It's been over 25 years since Sushi Den opened and there's still a wait every night. That's some real staying power, folks. [Eater 38 Member] Read more
Run by Toshi (who’d been a chef in Tokyo and L.A.) and Yasu (who’d been a chef in London), this eatery is known for having some of the freshest rolls in town.
Fantastic meal on a business trip. Cod was delicious and the sushi was top-notch (and this comes from an experienced sushi eater from locations across the countries' sushi hot spots).
