I just tried taking advantage of the $1 smoothie on check-in and the front desk guy had no idea what I was talking about. Maybe it's just for show.
Put your own weights away when you are finished. If you are strong enough to use it; replace it where it belongs.

linda ziskindJanuary 14, 2010no frills, no cute workout clothes. Hardcore muscle builders. but everyone is friendly and helpful to non-muscled members like me.- If you hire a guy for a massage with a promise of a happy ending, you have hired a prostitute and you have self-esteem issues.
