Try the wagyu burger for lunch. Meat should be no warmer than medium.
Much better than the Taikoo Shing branch, in terms of service, quality/taste of food and menu choices.
Lovely hotel at the heart of the city...easy to get around, small room but very clean and modern...definitely comeback here for my next trip!!! XO ;-)
The food for lunch comes out so fast you get your mains before you've even finished your starter. Someone has to tell these guys how to serve. I wasn't in a hurry. But food was yummy.
