This place is my personal favorite YMCA to go to. Well lit, good layout and I've never had a truly long wait when I'm there to do elliptical or use free weights.

BLT with Chip is no joke. If you're looking to tone and strengthen your lower body, this is the class for it. I love it!
The ARC trainers in the new expansion have iPod video out to the machine's screen. Movies while working out!
Never anyone here because they've all switched to the Y off the highway. :]- Love the new expansion. New equipment, more space!
