A great spot for a nightcap and to relax with friends. Head upstairs where it's less noisy and just enjoy the beer

Other than the fish sticks (which had a floral-ish curry powder surprise) the apps were delicious. Highly recommend the pretzel! Brussels sprouts were not very crispy but still yummy. Drinks ok.

Owen the bartender is always friendly & knowledgeable. Some tourists from the hotel overflow here. Pretty easy going bar, where you can relax, have a drink & be left alone if you want.

Excellent place for burgers, shepherds pie and soups. Very friendly and welcoming and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere with TVs to watch sports games.

The marinated tips, dirty mashed and veggies was a FANTASTIC meal....add 5-6 "REAL" black and tans and it's on like bing bong jack!

The portobello sandwich is divine with a fabulous pesto sauce. Paired with traditional chips and Guinness and you are halfway to heaven.

Go upstairs at Solas. They have great Guinness and upstairs isn't well known making it a quiet and relaxing spot on Boylston Street

Try the fish and chips! The beer batter is made with Harp and the tartar sauce is both homemade and delicious.
