Zumba is so much fun. Great music and fun dance moves make the workout not seem so much like a workout. Feels like having fun with friends!
I love this gym! Always find an open machine and everyone seems really nice.
Come to PiYo: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am and 5:30pm!
