Smitten Ice Cream

Smitten combines a silky smooth malted brown sugar ice cream base with chunks of freshly-made cookie dough (egg-free!) filled with salty pretzels and tiny Guittard chocolate chips.  This is the most irresistible combination of salty and sweet so no wonder it is the best-selling flavor at Smitten shops in San Francisco!  Props to you if you can put this pint back in the freezer after opening it up…

We make trays upon trays of milk chocolate brownies and gooey chocolate chip blondies, and fold them into our sweet cream base with just a smidge of vanilla. If we’re being honest, we think maybe our chef just wanted a pint with her name on it for her birthday.  Happy Birthday, Chef Brooke!

Sustainably-sourced‎ strawberries at their peak of flavor are pureed with organic sugar to create an epically flavorful strawberry jam and then blended with Perfect Day™ clean-label base. The result is a taste that reminds you of fresh strawberries dipped in cream, lactose-free and vegan without the sacrifice in taste.

This‎‎ is our jazzed-up version of a classic caramel.  It has a deep caramel flavor, not overly sweet, and is accented with molasses from the brown sugar.

This‎‎ garnish is extremely fresh and light. Our whipped cream is lightly sweetened with cane sugar.

We make our egg-free cookie dough from scratch using plenty of brown sugar, chocolate chips and pretzel pieces.

All natural sprinkles (no artificial food coloring here!) add a little color and crunch to any scoop.

Serves 8-10 guests, this kit includes 3 pints, 1 sauce, and 1 pairing, all wrapped up in a Smitten tote bag.

Very rich and creamy, we use coconut milk and Valrhona cocoa powder in this dairy-free treat.
