Alexis MitchellAugust 7, 2011Don't ride the elevator during a thunderstorm. You will get stuck. They have to reset the elevator. Take the stairs. If u do like me get a reduce rate on ur room or add points to your SPG Card.

CoCoApril 30, 2013Got to the room and the cleaning was not complete. Not dirty but just no pillow cases. N the toilet paper holder was broke. My crew had male flip flops left in her room. The maid probably missed it.

Wifi in rooms suck and the front desk does not admit to the problem. Can not stay connected to use internet for more than a few seconds, if you're lucky!! Comforter was dirty with stains. Gross!

Room smells....view is awful ....last customer left under garments in the drawer.....very disappointed
