Christina Langer BogdanSeptember 26, 2017Would never stay in this hotel again. As a road warrior I spend a fair amount of time at hotels, the beds and pillows were horrible. That aside the staff is fantastic, welcoming and very helpful.

Nice corner room with view of the Mississippi River and part of downtown. Concierge was nice on 19th floor!
Valet parking only. If you've got a motorcycle, don't ask the desk clerk, as you'll get wrong info. The valet knows the routine and gives you indoor parking for $10./night.

Chris RomanJanuary 15, 2014Basic amenities and standard service. Furnishing are beat up. I transferred to the Westin for my second night and would recommend the same for SPGs.
Neat & clean. Wonderful staff that was so helpful in giving directions and really went out of their way to be nice and courteous.

- No more hot chocolate and cookies. You can get s bagel or fruit cup in Starbucks in the lobby. No snacks to get locally.
Their cup of chili at the gift shop is de-li-ci-ous!! TRY IT! Especially with crackers. Whew!!- Check the lobby in afternoons. They always have complimentary cookies and hot choco. So tastey!

They force you into crappy/valet parking at $15-$20/night. I'm all about free markets, park on the street for free.

They bring in chocolates and leave them in the room but they just attract ants. Very dusty, decayed-looking hotel--its better days are behind it.
- Stayed for 5 nights... Ordered room service, my steak was under cooked and my fries were cold and soggy. The conceirge level was great I loved it.

The Conceirge Level is a great option for breakfast if you're a Gold or Platinum Rewards member.- Try their new Sesame Chicken Salad. Awesome!!
- Try the new drink special in the Trolley Stop Bar
