Evan[Bu]June 25, 2011Be sure to hit up this hotel if you are looking for a truly affordable place to stay in downtown Reno. The rooms are nice and the casino isn't too bad. The Arby's downstairs is also a nice touch!
Room was large and clean. check in staff was great. Was told upon making reservation that 1st of 3 days would be comped, but Greg would not follow through therefore will not stay there again

- Michael CallejaSeptember 1, 2013This is a really run down hotel and hot a package via southwest instead if the usual Hotwire. The rooms are really poor and sub standard amenities in room. Insufficient parking also for guests

- Matt BowenApril 21, 2013Go somewhere else. Room service here sucks. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned before we checked in. They cleaned again and it was still filthy. We got disinfecting wipes and cleaned it ourselves. Stay away.
Make sure to check in 3 times and get ur buffet coupon!!!
