    They were really understaffed (one server, 30 tables) for the tattoo convention and ran out at least three menu items midday Saturday of a 3-day event. But my burger was cooked correctly!

    I stay at the hotel every 3 or weeks. The service at the bar is bad. (Not usually the bartenders fault) always understaffed. Go to the flo rance grille

    Never again. I love Sam Adams but the service here is awful. I went there to eat and was never even offered a menu.
