"This place is close to the harram, and I was not expecting a great 5 star hotel service BUT this is truly the most amazingly horrible hotel service by the staff! Closet door broke when I opened it! :("

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. You pay big bucks for shoebox size rooms. Room/bathroom not clean on checkin. Little bugs flying around in bathroom. Glasses by sink are dirty. Poor service"
