Apparently, this is the only apt complex in the vicinity that hosts regular monthly neighborhood watch meetings, which i appreciate. Also free food, drinks, and prizes giveaways at each meeting.
Walking distance to Chevys, Virgin Sturgeon and Pearl.Reasonable rent but apts on the A side showing age.
Not the greatest apartments. Not happy with them.
