I took my first spin class EVER at Revolve. Natasha is a gem. My only complaint is that the changing area/bathroom and locker room is tight. Between classes it was a total madhouse.
I like the body ride class, which combines classic spin in and out of saddle with a few minutes of weights mid way through. Jonathan, Jason, & Christianne are my favorite instructors. Great music!
Love this place! The staff is so friendly and the instructors try to get to know everyone. They also have monthly unlimited packages, unlike the other spin studios.
One of the gyms/fitness studios that participate in the annual Union Square Sweat Fest event. Intense cycling classes here! Shoe rentals are free for first timers, otherwise $2.
Such an amazing workout! Very energetic and friendly workers. The classes are intense. Focus on abs and arm and of course butts since you’re biking. I highly recommend!
Love this place mostly bc it's so close to my apartment and usually free on Classpass. Jonathan is the best instructor. Studio could use an upgrade but I've seen worse.
Team concept of Soul with a serious athletic approach a la Flywheel. This place is a must and I stand by saying that the RIP RIde with Kira is the best class in the city.
Have only been a few times, but Jason and Christianne are awesome! Music is similar to Soulcycle, but it's more competitive and all about RPM's and pushing it to the max!
Kristen provided an intense 60 min real ride endurance workout that motivated me to push myself harder. the rest of the staff were friendly & helpful. Bring your own shoes else rent from them for $2.
Jared sucks. Not only is his music choice questionable, but all of his counts are off-beat with the music and he keeps yelling "yes we can!" every 20 mins as if we're at some left-wing political rally
1. Take Robin's class and follow her on insta @robinnyc. She's inspiring. 2. Werk it. 3. Do NOT leave her class early lest you want to be scolded like a child.
