My official hotel whenever I'm in Boston. They even give you a glass of champagne as you're checking in. Now that's my kind of service, honey. - Latrice Royale, RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race
Super friendly staff and the rooms are well done. It is worth paying a couple bucks more for the premium, high-level rooms with a balcony. Wished they had seating on the balcony though.
A fantastic find. This hotel is now me and my fiances go to hotel. We live in CT so we come up often. Service and room are always top notch. Location is perfect only two blocks south of the commons
Over our 2 week stay in the US we stayed 3 times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The french toast breakfast was great, the rooms were excellent with good views. Have paid less though.
My favorite hotel ever. I always get the Junior suite with the sweethearts package(chocolate covered strawberries & champagne included with package)glass of champagne at check in gorgeous little gem😍
Nice hotel. Very happy they have balconies. :) The showers are pretty cool, probably not what you'd expect it's all tile and a drain in the middle of the floor, no tub. No champagne upon check-in.
This is my new Boston Hotel Choice! Bell man, Concierge & Front Desk Attendees were speedy and thorough! The renovation has turned it into a swank hotspot in the heart of the city. Rooms are Sweeeeet!
Best value in Boston! I feel like I'm in a fancyexpensivehotel. Beds cozy and down laden. Bathrooms have big bottles of everything. Real cream for coffee in the room! Yes I'll be back!
Good central hotel with parking. Hotel did what it could to reduce the parking charges. Reception were very helpful - better than many hotels I've been to. Concierge got us great seats for Lion King.
They must have fixed the smell based on other comments. And the elevators are fine (I'm on 20 - great view!) Staff is the friendliest! Lounge is super groovy. Great menu from Rustic Kitchen. Stay!
Great rooms. Spacious&modern. Love the Skoah toiletries. Dont expect anything regarding the wifi. Our room at the 19th floor had very spotty connection. Very disappointing. John at conceirge is great!
"Pop It Like It's Hot" at the hotel's pop-up gourmet hot chocolate shop. Free cups of hot chocolate will be handed out from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Friday through to Dec. 21.
They just opened a new gym across from the Kitchen Table, old "gym" was on the pool level - take a mezzanine skybridge if you don't want to go outside in your gymclothes.
Must have ended the champagne at check-in. Seems like it would've been a good differentiator. Rooms clearly refurbished old chain configuration - small compared to others in Boston at same price point
Had a room on the 12th floor, but ended up moving to the 19th because the 12th floor had too many feather products. Good to ask for a hypoallergenic room if you're allergic or think you might be.
The hotel is nice, but the elevators are always busy being used by staff. The hotel would benefit from having dedicated staffelevators so guest doesn't share an elevator with a large trash can.
Halls and elevator seem fine to me. My only gripe is that I asked for a King but they gave me two queens, but I guess that's fine considering I took the red eye and checked in at 9AM.
Champagne on arrival, wifi was average at best on the 22nd floor. Brekkie was okay, recommend the express hot brekkie and as much coffee as you can get down
If you are allergic to fish, do not eat here. I ordered chicken that was fried in fish grease. The manager didn't seem to care and openly admitted that the grease was contaminated.
This. Place. Is. Terrible. It may look pretty, but don't let that deceive you. What manager? You will wait an average of 20 minutes to catch an elevator. And I'm not exaggerating. The staff is rude.
