The breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are quite big and cozy. Right on Hamburg Downtown, surrounded by stores and restaurants. Staff service is very good. Had a wonderful time

Nice hotel, weird smell in the corridors as this hotel has been a factory at old times, nice cozy lobby with life music during weekends, amazing location near all luxurious shopping malls:))

Unacceptable that in 2013 there is no free high speed wifi all around the hotel. There is not going to be a second time at this hotel until they fix this

Eine bessere "Location" gibt es nicht... Ein sehr gutes, historisches Haus mit einer einmaligen Ambiente. Komplimente zur Managementteam --Sie haben echt tolle Mitarbeiter!!

Super zum arbeiten in der Lobby, da in den Tischen oft Steckdosen eingelassen sind. Nachteil nur der extrem teure WLAN Zugang

Unschön: Sehr teurer WiFi-Zugang für 12,50 Euro/Tag (Stand: August 2012). Bei den Zimmerpreisen könnte man einen (kosten-)freien Zugang erwarten. Aber zumindest 3G-Abdeckung der DT und VF sehr gut.

Ein sehr schönes und hochklassiges Hotel, welches nur wenige Schritte von der Binnenalster und dem Rathaus entfernt ist. Sehr zu empfehlen!
