Stayed here a few times. Location superb and good standard of rooms. Breakfast seems to be a real let-down though.

Great hotel but always a painfully long queue to check in or check out.
VSApril 6, 2010Nice view of the European Parliament particularly in evenings if you stay on the top floor- Good European Quarter hotel. Annoying Internet access costs so much though.
