Scott SpauldingFebruary 16, 2014A premier property in downtown Pittsburgh! Ask for a room with a river view. The rooms are large and comfortable. The lobby takes you back to times past, incredibly beautiful! Service was great.
Great old hotel remodeled and in a perfect location downtown. Walking distance to PNC Park and Heinz Field, Warhol Museum

Rooms & food r great as well as the hotel staff. Only complaint is the hostess @Braddock's. There were tons of open tables, apparently only 1/2 servers. Definitely poorly handled forced 2 Starbucks

It’s Victorian so has super high ceilings and big windows!!
Parking deck across the street from the hotel entrance is under construction. They started the jack hammers at 7am and went non stop. Avoid restaurant (Braddocks) like the plague. Not owned by the hotel. Waitstaff is pleasant but morning hostess is terrible. Food inconsistent. Overall very amateurish & unworthy of such a nice hotel.
Super nice bartenders! Mini bar is cheap in the rooms
